Yet another classic. At first it's just uncomfortable and you feel bad for Frankie, but it gets absolutely crazy. I've not seen the sequels cause they're always worse but maybe I should... love the bit where she's in the cannibals' house during the day, but my favourite is the end, where she meets the family.
