Great practical effects (like those better than CGI). So much fun! It's about a version of Tokyo which has a private police force and people called "engineers" who grow new body parts when theirs get cut off. Becoming an engineer is transmitted like a disease. My favourite bit is the body mod club, but I also fucking love the middle finger cannon!
